Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

Same day dispatch is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the following destinations:

  • United States (contiguous 48 states only; we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories)
  • Canada (excluding remote territories such as Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon)

We do not ship internationally outside of the United States and Canada.

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Carriers

We dynamically assign carriers based on your shipping address and package characteristics. Carriers we may use include but are not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Canada Post

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is offered on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement. No additional handling fees or fuel surcharges apply.

Same Day Dispatch Cutoff

To qualify for same day dispatch, your order must be placed and payment confirmed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, or due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
